Mumaith Khan - Top Item Girl
Mumait Abdul Rashid Khan, or Mumaith Khan now is known for her Item Numbers. She has done all the item dance number in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada movies. She is half Pakistani and half Indian. Born to Hasina Khan and Abdul Rashid Khan, they moved from Pakistan to India and settled down in outskirts of Mumbai.Mumaith Khan lived in extreme poverty. Mumaith Khan joined a small dance troop for Rs.1,500 to support her family and four sisters. Her claim to fame came in Munna Bhai MBBS’s item number “Dekh le”. Now currently she commands a price of about 15 lakhs to 30 lakhs per film. Now she has acted in over 15 movies. Her another popular dance number is in Telugu movie Pokiri. She also worked as lead actress as heroine as police officer’s role in movie F. Myssama. Another lead movie was Bhookailas with Venu Madhave. Her voluptuous figure and body piercing is well admired by her fans. She will be doing a international Music Video (Universal) with famous pop star Enrique Iglesias.
Recently while performing on the New Year eve of 2008 in a local Hyderabad pub, some party goers spilled beer on Mumaith Khan’s boobs. She quickly retreated from the program.
Mumaith Khan’s sister Zobyn Khan too has entered the film industry and has done cameo appearances in Telugu films.
